1. Current bank balance is $594.27. $100.00 of that balance belongs to Addictions Awareness Committee. Inter-Agency cash assets: $497.24.

2. I need 3 volunteers to audit the financial statements for the March 31, 2009 year end. The statements will be completed by the end of next week, and I will call or email you to set up a time for you to review them. We can do it at one meeting, or one person at a time.

3. I received confirmation of receipt of our grant application to Manitoba Community Services Council. They require a copy of the audited March 2009 statements to proceed with our application. Total application amount requested: $16380.00

4. Reminder to members of the voluntary membership annual fee. I have some forms if anyone needs them. From April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009, we received a total of $455.54 from 5 members.
