Treasurer's Report

1. Bank balance at February 28, 2010 is $6648.42.  $11.83 of total are Addictions Awareness Committee funds. Actual Inter-Agency balance: $6636.59.

 

2. In the current fiscal year, April 1, 2009 to current date we have received revenue from the following sources:

 

          Membership Fees:       $945.00

 

          MCSC Grant:                $5600.00

 

          All Charities:                 $55.00

 

          Total:                             $6600.00

 

The MCSC Grant of $5600.00 must be used for direct employment costs of the Inter-Agency Coordinator position, which leaves $1000.00 available for other operational expenses.

 

3. Our fiscal year end is March 31st. I need three members to volunteer to complete the membership audit of the financial statements, when completed between now and our AGM. If you are available to perform this function, please see me after the meeting.
