Welcome to the website of Swan Valley Inter-Agency.

History

Swan Valley Inter-Agency was formed March 16, 1993, with 17 founding agencies; we now have over 45 member agencies. Healthy Communities was adopted by our organization in 1997.

Our Vision

The purpose of Swan Valley Inter-Agency is to benefit the Swan Valley community as a whole, by working with charities and non-profit organizations--excluding political parties and their affiliates--to undertake research to identify health, education and social service needs in the community and initiate programs to address those needs.

What We Do

Swan Valley Inter-Agency fosters cooperation between community agencies in the Swan Valley. By sending delegates to SVIA meetings, Swan Valley agencies are ensuring that, through communication and coordination, Swan Valley residents are receiving a higher level of service and a wider variety of opportunities and programs.
